I recently purchased a hot tub from Oasis Leisure Center and had them install a stamped concrete patio. The price for the patio construction was very competitive with other local contractors, and Oasis did not skimp on the important things, such as a 5" pad for the tub, 32 MPA concrete, and 12" O.C. rebar. The guys constantly checked in with me to ensure I was satisfied with the work, and ultimately did an awesome job!! Would recommend them to anyone looking for patio work and a hot tub.

i have been dealing with oasis leisure centre for sometime now, everytime i go into the store the staff is always very helpful and the customer service is exceptional. me and my husband by all of our pool chemicals and supplies from there and could not be more pleased with our over-all experiance.

Our decision to buy a backyard pool last fall was, without a doubt, the best decision we've made in years! All the staff at Oasis were extremely helpful, especially Bruce, our salesperson. He arranged for delivery and setup this spring and then we had an unexpected surprise. The setup crew were absolutely the BEST! Dave(supervisor), Jessie and Edmond continually demonstrated how professional and efficient people can be when they are concerned about doing the best work and providing the most "bang for the buck". We were simply impressed and have great peace of mind about the quality of workmanship and the product.

Of the three major pool installation companies in Winnipeg, we recommend Oasis, hands down. We wanted everything...in ground pool, slide, waterfall, laminar jets, lights...we did our research, and comparatively, service and price, Oasis was the best. Their staff has numerous years of experience (I believe Tom, our installer, had 20 plus years), the customer service was wonderful and the price was thousands less than their competition. Yes, we ran into some snags, to be expected with a huge project but Oasis was quick to fix these things. We absolutely love our pool and highly recommend Oasis!

Purchased freeflow Solstice hot tub. Delivery was on time, 2 staff worked quickly to move the tub to the backyard, positioned it where I wanted, and gave me a 5 page brochure on how to maintain the chemicals for the tub. I was given a verbal walk through on how to use the chemicals and was informed that I could call any time if I needed help or to test the water sample. Very courteous clean staff.

Bought a 13 x 17 above ground Splash Superpool in 2006 from Oasis and its been outside for 6 Winnipeg winters and still looks new...unbelievable procduct...would by another one in a minute.

I wanted to say thank you to all the staff at Oasis for their efforts during our pool construction and for their on-going service commitment to ensure everything is completely operational. The construction team worked very hard during the build phase even through the adversity created by a cruel Manitoba summer storm. The service team definitely stepped up after the install to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This was definitely not the easiest pool install by any means and, although it took longer then expected for the initial build, I was extremely happy with the final result and my kids were ecstatic when we finally turned the key so they could swim. The follow up service has been great and the team stepped up to help fix the damage caused by the spring flooding this year. The water lab and in-store folks are also a great pleasure to deal with, it makes me feel like part of the family when I am greeted by name each time I come to the store. Thank you all very much. I would like to take a moment to let you know how our family feels about our pool and our experience with Oasis. To begin, back in the fall of 2004, we started planning for our pool. We had glowing reports from friends who already had a pool by Oasis. We contacted Oasis, Jason came to our place and explained what could be done and answered our questions very well. Oasis made us a fine proposal on a 100,000 liter inground salt water pool (definitely a good way to go), with a heat pump (very efficient and effective), a slide, diving board, and beautiful landscaping.Work got underway early in 2005, a very challenging time of record heavy rainfall. Oasis did an admiral job even with this adversity. The installation was done professionally and I certainly saw the employees take great pride in their work. The pool was ready in time to enjoy the first season completely. The ongoing service and water quality maintenance has been a good experience. Staff is knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Owning a pool is certainly a learning experience, and the people at Oasis have helped me a lot. We have two girls, who were just turning 5 and 3 1/2 at the time we began using our pool. It is one of the best things we have done for them. Besides providing them with many many hours of enjoyable entertainment and exercise out of doors it has really enhanced their ability and confidence with swimming. My wife and I really enjoy the pool as well. I work long hours, so it is nice to have the pool right there when I come home. My wife, Barb finds it easy to keep the kids entertained when she is at home with them all day. We have made our back yard a haven for ourselves and friends. I wanted to let you know of the great experience I had at Oasis Leisure Centre. Your staff was most helpful and patience. I had a problem with my pool one morning and had plans of having 3 families coming over that afternoon. Your staff, along with Geoff Slotin, took the time to help me out and by that afternoon, I was able to entertain my friends. I have since, told not just those three families but a friend who is seriously considering installing a pool how easy it is to deal with Oasis Leisure Centre, not just from getting the pool installed but the questions that first time pool owners have even after all is done. Word of mouth is the best advertisement out there; I can honestly tell you without hesitation I will certainly recommend Oasis Leisure Center. Keep up the great work and customer service. Anita Gray
Jason,I want to thank you, JP, and Derek for all of your help. We had the new Oasis Spa installed last Saturday and are thrilled with it! As you know we replaced a two year old comparable spa from one of your competitors. For a very small increase in price we have a spa that is significantly superior. The finish, ergonomics, jets, and options on your spa are clearly better. Also, the cover and pumps on your unit are significantly better made than what they replaced. Your guys have been terrific to deal with and have looked after us extremely well. Once again, thanks for your help! Grant
Glad to hear you can all come by to the pool party! We couldn't have done this without you guys! I can't begin to tell you how much fun we have had in these few short weeks. If I haven't told you already, Tom was fabulous to work with. He went out of his way to make me happy. Good man! My kids loved Alex and Jared and they were good sources of entertainment, all while working hard. Lastly, Jason, he spent countless ,countless hours tweeking our plan over the winter and early spring. He also deserves credit for helping to design our pool house, without him, I'm not sure the folks who built it would have got it completely right. He needs to come admire a job well done! Nice touch on the website with the before and after thing! I think that is neat! Now that everything is done (almost), we can finally relax and enjoy it! We truly love everything that we choose to do. Once everything is done with landscaping,furniture etc. Jason should really come out and take some more pictures. Jodian
